Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术切口术前预防性抗菌药物的临床应用

The current situation of application preoperative prophylactic antibiotic at Ⅰ,Ⅱ class surgical incision

目的对I、II类手术切口术前预防性抗菌药物的应用情况和存在的问题进行分析,并探讨相应的对策。方法调查140例心外科、脑外科、胸外科I、II类手术切口术前预防性抗菌药物在手术室的临床应用,从使用抗菌药物的种类、应用时机、应用途径、使用剂量等进行统计分析。结果通过对140例手术患者术前用药的调查分析,结果显示医嘱书写、执行时间、抗菌药物选择、抗菌药物剂量的不规范率分别为11.43%、17.86%、15.00%、34.29%。结论术前预防性抗菌药物规范使用,既能降低医院感染发生率,又能降低患者的医疗费用,提高手术患者的生活质量。同时,加强观察及管理,使预防性抗菌药物的使用更科学、规范、有效。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application preoperative prophylactic antibiotic at I,II class surgical incision and explore the corresponding solution. Methods The type and dosage of antibiotics, the opportunity and ways of application at I, II class surgical incision were analyzed from 140 cases of cardiac surgery, brain surgery and thoracic surgery applied preoperative prophylactic antibiotic. Results The survey of 140 cases show that the doctor＇s orders , the execution time, the choice of antibacterial drugs and dose of antibacterial drug were not standardized, which were 11. 43%, 17. 86%, 15.00%, 34. 29%, respectively. Conclusion Preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics were still non--standard behavior in our hospital. To the use of prophylactic antibiotics is more scientific, more standardized, more efficient, We should further strengthen the study and management of preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotic.
