早期切开二期缝合治疗肛旁感染63例疗效观察

目的 :为了提高肛旁感染的一次性治愈率。方法 :6 3例肛旁感染患者早期切开二期缝合与药物合并治疗 ,38例仅用药物治疗作为对照组。结果 :治疗组治愈率 88.89% ,对照组治愈率2 8.95 % ,二组有显著差异。结论 :早期切开二期缝合治疗肛旁感染具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To increase the cure rate of perianal infection.Methods:63 cases of perianal infection were treated as the treatment group by early incision and Ⅱ stage Suture combined with medicine.The other 38 cases as control group were only treated with medicine.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,and it was 28.95% in the control group.Conclusion:Early incision and Ⅱ stage suture has better curative effect in treating perianal infection.The author has more detail of the method and attention about the operation.
