米非司酮配伍米索前列醇或卡孕栓终止10～16周妊娠的临床研究

Clinical study on termination of pregnancy between the 10^(th) and the 16^(th) week by Mifepristone and Misoprostol or PG05

目的 :探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇或卡孕栓终止 10～ 16周妊娠的最佳方案。方法 :把要求终止 10～ 16周妊娠的病人随机分为 A、B、C三组 ,每组均口服米非司酮 2 0 0 mg,A组阴道置卡孕栓 ,B组口服米索前列醇 ,C组阴道置米索前列醇。结果 :C组流产有效率最高 (94% ,P<0 .0 1) ,给药次数最少 (1.34± 0 .36次 ,P<0 .0 1) ,排胎时间最短 (7.14± 2 .2 4,P<0 .0 1) ,出血量最少 (38.2 6± 9.74,P<0 .0 5 ) ,药物副反应最轻。结论 :米非司醇配伍米索列醇阴道给药为终止 10～

Objective:To study the best scheme on termination of pregnancy between the 10 th and the 16 th week by Mifepristone and Misoprostol or PG05.Mehods:Divided the patients who had pregnancy between the 10 th and the 16 th week into three groups,A,B and C.Let each patient take 200 milligrams of Mifepristone.Put PG05 in vagina of each patient in group A.Let each patient in group B take Misoprostol.Put Misoprostol in vagina of each patient group C.Result:Aborted percentage of patients in group C was the highest in the three groups(94%,P<0.01).They took the least medicine(1.34±0.36次,P<0.01),used the least time to eject fetus(7.14±2.24,P<0.01),had the least amount of bleeding(38.25±9.74,P<0.05),and had the least side reaction form drugs.Conclusion: The best scheme on termination of pregnancy between the 10 th and the 16 th week is to use Mifepristone and put Misoprostol in vagina of pregnant woman
