摘要
现有的余热锅炉是1975年由我公司自行设计、制造和安装的烟道式废热锅炉,燃烧机理是利用工业炉窑的高温废气,冲刷锅炉的管束进行换热而获得蒸汽。本文根据现有运行状况及锅炉效率,阐述更新改造的可行性。
Existing exhaust - heat boiler is stovepiped gastube boiler which was designed, produced and installed in 1975. Its burning mechanism is to utilize the waste gas with high temperature of industrial furnace to erode boiler pipes to get stream. This paper states the feasibility of renovating and rebuilding of exhaust - heat boiler according to the operation status and boiler efficiency of existing boiler.
