摘要
近年来,随着经济的迅速发展,影响工程建设项目因素除了项目的质量问题外,在保证工程质量不变的前提下,要尽量降低工程成本是每一项工程都需要考虑的重要问题,这就需要从工程的各个阶段来研究工程造价的管理问题,建立科学的造价管理体系。本文着重对我国的工程造价管理情况进行分析。
Recently, both the quality and engineering cost can affect construction project with the rapid economy de- velopment. The engineering cost should be reduced under the ensuring of engineering quality, which needs the study of cost management in all phases of the project and foundation of scientific cost management system. This pa- per analyzes the engineering cost management in our country.
