摘要 为了响应卫生部"优质护理服务示范工程"的工作精神,我院急诊重症监护室开展了"优质护理服务示范工程"活动。通过加强对相关文件的学习,从思想上提高了认识,转变了服务理念;通过重新设定岗位,修改岗位职责,全面开展责任制护理,夯实基础护理,创建以急诊专科为特色的重症监护室责任护理模式,有效地提高了护理质量和护士的整体素质,改善了护患关系,实现了护理零投诉。 In response to the work spirit of "the high quality care demonstration project“ issued by Ministry of Health,we launched "the nursing service demonstration project” in the Emergency Intensive Care unit. The activities included learning relevant documents to enhance nurses' attitudes toward the project and change service philosophy;re-setting the positions and modifying duties and responsibilities to carry out responsibility nursing system and strengthen the quality of basic nursing. This practice effectively improved the quality of nursing,enhanced the overall quality of nurses,harmonized nurse-patient relationship and realized a zero patient compliant.
