护理硕士研究生择业观情况及影响因素分析

Views on employment and influencing factors among nursing postgraduates

目的了解护理硕士研究生择业观情况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法对222名在读全日制护理硕士研究生进行调查。结果 56.3%报考护理硕士研究生是为了取得高学历谋求更大发展,51.8%毕业后想到学校或者科研单位工作,74.8%期望月薪在4000元以上,当就业受阻时83.3%的人会调整部分择业期望值。另外,对择业观影响前5位依次是:个人价值观、就业形势、能否解决编制、薪金、就业政策。结论护理学硕士研究生择业动机强烈、意识清晰,但择业期望过高。护理硕士研究生应树立正确的择业观,调整就业定位,降低就业期望值。

Objective To investigate the views on employment and influence factors among nursing postgraduates. Methods Totally 222 full-time nursing postgraduates in 8 school of nursing were selected and surveyed by a questionnaire. Results For the career motivation,56.3% nursing postgraduates wanted to obtain a higher degree and seek greater development; 51.8% nursing postgraduates wanted to work at college and scientific research units after graduation; 74.8% students expected the salary should be more than 4000RMB; when employment is blocked,83.3% nursing postgraduates would reduce their employment expectations. In addition,the first five influencing factors of the views on employment in order were：personal values,employment situation,personnel establishment,salary,and employment policy. Conclusion The nursing postgraduates＇ career motivation is strong and career awareness is clear,but the employment expectation is too high. The nursing postgraduates should establish correct views on employment,adjust the employment orientation and reduce the employment expectation.
