摘要
为了解决自动气象站的温度校准问题,对自动气象站测温精度和测温范围之间的关系进行了深入的分析和研究,设计了一种高精度测温系统。该系统以PT1000温度传感器、24位高精度AD转换器AD7799和单片机AT89S52为核心,采用直接测量、硬件校准与软件校准相结合的方法,设计了硬件电路和软件程序。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,可靠性高,在-50℃~+80℃的测温范围内,测温精度达到0.06℃,分辨率高于0.01℃,可用于对自动气象站进行温度校准。
In order to solve the temperature calibration problems existed in the automatic weather station, a kind of high precision temperature measurement system is designed based on the deep analysis and research of the relationship between the temperature measurement precision and temperature measurement range of the automatic weather station. Based on the PT1000 temperature sensor, AD converter of 24 bit high precision AD7799 and the AT89S52 CPU, the system comprised hardware circuit and software program is developed using the comprehensive method of direct measurement, hardware calibration and software calibration. The experiment results show that the system is stability and high reliability. In the temperature measurement range of -50℃- +80℃, the accuracy can be up to 0.06℃ and the resolution can be higher than 0.01 ℃, which verifies the proposed system can be used for temperature calibration of the automatic weather station.
