摘要
压电式压力传感器灵敏度易受温度、湿度、压力等环境因素的影响,为保证试验测量精度,在每次使用前须对传感器进行实时标定,目前常用的压力传感器标定方法为准动态标定法。准动态标定法标定压力传感器时,不同的数据处理方法对爆炸压力测量误差产生一定的影响。通过对某次水下爆炸试验压力测量数据的分析,发现压力实测值普遍偏大的现象,研究了影响测量数据的每个因素,最终得出传感器标定时数据处理方法导致这一结果,提出传感器标定进行曲线拟合、数据融合时避免引入人为误差,影响试验测量结果。
Sensitivity of the piezoelectric pressure sensor is easily influenced by temperature, humidity, air pressure and other environmental factors. To ensure the accuracy of the measurement, the sensors shall be real-time calibrated before they are used. Now commonly used pressure sensor calibration method shall prevail dynamic calibration method Different data processing methods influence on measurement error of explosion pressure, when calibrated of pressur; sensors through Quasi-dynamic calibration method. Through the analysis of measurements on an underwater explosir test pressure,it is discovered the phenomenon of the pressure measured values was generally large. Each factor af the measurement data was researched; finally, data processing method of sensor calibration causes the result. It suggested that sensor calibration curve fitting data fusion, avoid introducing human error, affect the measurement results.
