基于虚拟仪器的电视机自动检测系统

TV automatic detection system based on virtual instrument

针对目前电视机自动化检测程度不高、工厂模式接口标准不统一、视频检测需要人工干预等问题,设计了基于虚拟仪器的电视机自动检测系统。本系统在信号源、彩分仪、适配器等硬件基础上,基于LabVIEW开发软件,研制了电视机自动检测系统。基于虚拟仪器的电视机自动检测系统实现了对视频信号的自动化检测,并可以满足不同厂商的电视机的自动检测要求。同时本系统具有扩展性强、用户界面友好等特点,目前已经在电视机生产厂商使用,用户反映良好。

With the problems of low-degree automated detection, the factory mode interface standards are non-unified and the video detection needs human intervention, the TV automatic detection system based on virtual instrument is designed. The TV automatic detection system is based on some hardware such as the signal generation, the color analysis instrument, the adapter and the LabVIEW develop software. This system achieves automatic detection for video signal,and is suitable for the different TV manufacturers. This system has the characteristics with high expansibility and user-friendly. This TV automatic detection system has heen used in a TV faetory and got the user＇s good feedhack.
