摘要
现代电子技术不断发展,测控装备的结构越来越复杂,加大了装备的测试与维修难度,而且在测控任务过程中,对维修效率提出了更高的要求,传统的人工测试手段少、效率低且维修工具功能单一,不能满足实际需要。针对某单位测控装备开发的1套基于虚拟仪器技术实现的故障诊断系统,可以快速完成装备的板卡级性能参数测试,并根据测试结果进行故障诊断,从而快速定位故障节点给出维修策略。详细介绍了系统的软、硬件设计过程,并通过故障树诊断方法给出了测试结果。实践证明该系统功能多、容易操作、维修效率高,在测控装备技术状态监测与故障诊断方面具有较高的使用价值。
With the development of modern electronic technology, the structure of monitoring and control equipment which is becoming more and more complex,increases the difficulty of testing and maintenance of equipment and in the process of monitoring and control tasks, we need higher maintenance efficiency. However, with few methods and low efficiency and the single function of maintenance tools, the traditional manual testing can not meet the actual needs. In this paper,we come up with a new fault diagnosis system for measurement and control of some company which bases on virtual instrument technology. It can finish the performance testing of equipment board-level which we can take as result in fault diagnosis so quickly that we could locate the fault node and make the quick maintenance strategy. This paper offers process of system hardware and software design explicitly. The test results given by fault tree diagnostic method which proves that the system has characteristics of diverse functions, easy operation and high efficiency of maintenance. Allof this prove that the system has high value in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in equipment technology of the monitoring and control.
