摘要
本文介绍了日本食品技术标准体系的基本框架,标准的构成和主要特征,标准设定对象,标准的制定过程,JAS标准与国际标准的接轨等体系特征。为完善我国标准体系或制定标准提供了参考。
This paper introduces the basic framework of Japanese food technology standard system. It includes some system characteristics such as setting bodies, division of labor and legal basis for Japanese food standards, composition and main characteristics of standard, setting object and process of standard, convergence of JAS standard and international standard. It provides a reference for improving China's standard system of setting standard.
