摘要 目的观察苯那普利对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法34例口服降糖药治疗的Ⅱ型 糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组(18例)加用苯那普利10mg每日一次口服,对照组(17例)不加用药物治疗,两组均连 续观察60d。用药前后两组均测空腹、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素。结果治疗组,空腹及餐后2h血糖治疗后较治疗前明显降低,差 异显著(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感性增强。结论苯那普利能改善糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性,降低血糖。 Objective To observe the effects of lotensin on plasm glucose, insulin and insulin sensitivity in type Ⅱ di- abetes mellitus. Methods Thirty-four cases of type Ⅱ diabetes treated with oral hypoglycemic agent were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group (18 cases) was given benazepril 10mg Qd additionaly for 60 days, while the control group was treated with oral hypoglycemic agent only. The levels of fast blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and insulin were tested both before and after benazepril treatment. Result With the treatment Of benazepril, levels of both the fast and post- prandial glucose were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the insulin sensitivity was increased. Conclusion Benazepril in- creased sensitivity to insulin and decreased plasma glucose.
