Quantitative Determination of Danshensu in Yangxinkeli by HPLC

本文利用HPLC法测定了养心颗粒中丹参素的含量,流动相为甲醇:0.5％冰醋酸(1:7),流速为1.2ml/min,回收率为99.8％,CV％为1.0％。

A method for Danshensu determination in Yangxinkeh by HPLC was reported.The moving phase is methanol:0.5% Acetic acid glacial(1:7),and flow rate is 1.2ml/min.The recovery is 99.8%,CV% is 1.0%.
