软枣猕猴桃根挥发油成分分析

Constituent Analysis of Volatile Oil in Radix of Actinidia arguta

本研究采用气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC—MS)首次分离鉴定了软枣猕猴桃极挥发油成分,从中分离31种成分,确定了其中17种化合物。结果显示软枣猕猴桃根挥发油的主要成分为脂肪族化合物。

GC-MS was firstly used to isolate and identificate the volatile oil in Radix of Actinidia arguta (Sieb.et Zuce.)Planch.31 Compounds were isolated,17 compounds among which were identifieated,the main constituents in the volatile oil are aliphatic hydrocarbon.
