肢端肥大症及其继发糖尿病患者糖耐量-胰岛素释放变化

目的 为进一步明确肢端肥大症患者胰岛素分泌与葡萄糖代谢之间的关系。方法 对 1 4例单纯肢端肥大症 (NDA)及 4例肢端肥大症继发糖尿病 (DA)患者的口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)与胰岛素释放进行了分析。结果 NDA组 OGTT各点均与正常相似 (P >0 .0 5) ,DA组 OGTT各点均显著升高 ;NDA及 DA组空腹血胰岛素均稍高于正常对照组 (P >0 .0 5) ,刺激后 NDA显著升高 ,DA呈低平反应 ;胰岛素释放指数 NDA组高于正常对照组 ,DA组明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 NDA组葡萄糖刺激后胰岛素释放保持良好 ,DA组患者胰岛素

The oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) and insulin releasing in 14 cases of nondiabetic acromegaly (NDA) and 4 cases of diabetic acromegaly (DA)were analyzed.The result demonstroted that the plasm glucoses of fasting and after ingesting glucoses in NDA were similar to that of normal controls (P>0.05);But those in DA were significantly increased.The fasting insulin levels in both NDA and DA were higher than that of normal controls,though no significance was found (P>0.05).After stimulating the insulin levels were in NDA were significantly increased, however,in DA the response was below normal to normal.The group of NDA were higher than that of normal controls ,but the group of DA were significantly lower (P<0.01) in the insulin release index.According to the results the capacity of glucose indused insulin releasing in NDA is stable weakened;oppositely in DA the reaction of β cell to glucose is evidently weakened.
