摘要
目的 探明 Bcl- 2在宫颈癌细胞凋亡过程中的作用。方法 采用 60 Co和顺铂处理体外培养的 3株人宫颈癌细胞株 Hela、Si Ha、RJC,2 4 h后检测细胞凋亡和 Bcl- 2。结果 发现放射线 60Co和顺铂均可以诱发宫颈癌细胞凋亡 ;它们都表达 Bcl- 2 ,其表达率随着细胞凋亡的出现而下降 ;两种因素联合应用后诱导细胞凋亡和降低 Bcl- 2表达的作用增强。结论 Bcl-
Objective In order to study the function of Bcl 2 in the process of apoptosis in cervical carcinoma cells.Methods 60 Co and cisplatin (CDDP) were used to treat 3 cultured human cervical cancer cell lines Hela, SiHa and RJC.The characteristic apoptotic changes and the expression of Bcl 2 were obsevred after 24 hours.Results Both 60 Co and cisplatin could induce apoptosis respectively.The expression of Bcl 2 was detected in all the cell lines and was decrased with apoptotic cell death.The function of initiating apoptosis and decreasing Bcl 2 expression was enhanced when 60 Co and cisplatin were applied in combination.Cnclusion These indicate that Bcl 2 is involved in regulation of apoptosis in human cervical carcinoma cells.
