摘要
根据编码M 6蛋白的emm6基因序列设计一对寡核苷酸引物 ,可特异扩增2 2 0bp的DNA片段。应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法对点滴型银屑病患者咽部培养出的 19株细菌中的M 6蛋白基因进行检测 ,结果 ,15株链球菌中 6株为阳性 ,其中化脓链球菌 3株 ,无乳链球菌、似马链球菌和乳房链球菌各 1株 ,4株非链球菌均为阴性。M 6蛋白基因不仅存在化脓性溶血链球菌中 ,在其它链球菌如乳房链球菌中也存在。研究结果显示 ,化脓性溶血链球菌中的化脓链球菌、无乳链球菌和似马链球菌与点滴型银屑病的发生有明显相关性 ,可能主要是菌体中的M 6蛋白在起作用 ,其它含有M 6蛋白的细菌如乳房链球菌也可诱发或加重银屑病的发生。
