羊口疮病毒研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 羊口疮，又称为羊传染性脓疱皮炎（contagiousecthyma），由羊口疮病毒（Orfvirus，ORFV）引起，以口唇、舌、鼻、乳房等部位形成丘疹、水疱、脓疱和结成疣状结痂为特征。ORFV主要感染山羊和绵羊，也可感染人和其它动物。由于ORFV在世界范围内分布广泛，具有典型的动物传染性，因此成为动物痘病毒里仅次于牛痘病毒的研究最为广泛的病毒。本文根据近年来国内外的研究成果，从ORFV的病原学和羊口疮典型临床特点，ORFV基因组分析，引起的宿主免疫反应及其免疫逃避机制，对NF-κB通路的调节作用，临床诊断和治疗以及ORFV疫苗相关研究等几个方面进行介绍，并提出对ORFV未来研究的展望。1
