摘要
目的探讨围产期脑损伤与发育性髋关节脱位相关性研究及治疗。方法以围产期脑损伤儿为样本,调查母体因素、生产方式、肌张力、胎次、脑损伤程度等因素与发育性髋关节脱位的相关性。围产期脑损伤合并发育性髋关节脱位患儿实施三种治疗方案,记录运动功能正常发育及髋关节位痊愈的时间比较结果围产期脑损伤的患儿发育性髋关节脱位发病率高;发育性髋关节脱位与围产期脑损伤患儿的发病因素高度一致,提示围产期脑损伤与发育性髋关节脱位密切相关。统计分析发现方法三的治愈时间最短,为最佳方法。结论避免宫内缺氧是预防本病发生的关键;及早纠正髋关节异常位置、改善肌张力,选择发育性髋关节脱位固定位治疗的最佳时机的同时行早期运动干预及康复训练是最合适的治疗方法。
Objective To explore perinatal brain damage and developmental dislocation of the hip and treatment. Methods Perinatal brain damage in children for the samples to investigate the correlation of mater- nal factors, mode of production, muscle tone, fetal, brain damage and other factors, and developmental dislo- cation of the hip. Perinatal brain injury combined with developmental hip dislocation in children with the imple- mentation of the three treatment options, the record of motor function in normal development and the hip healing time. Results Perinatal brain damage in children with developmental dislocation of the hip with a high inci- dence, developmental dislocation of the hip with the risk factors for perinatal brain injury in children were highly consistent, suggesting perinatal brain injury was closely related to developmental dislocation of the hip. The sta- tistical analysis of the discovery method is the shortest healing time is the best method. Conclusion Avoid in- trauterine hypoxia is the key to the prevention of Benbingfasheng,As soon as possible to correct the abnormal po- sition of the hip joints and improve muscle tone applications. They select the best time of a frxed treatment of de- velopmental dislocation of the hip at the same time line of early exercise intervention and rehabilitation training is the most appropriate method of treatment.
