探讨食管癌的放射治疗

Discussion on radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma

目的分析临床应用三维适形对食管癌病患的放射治疗疗效。方法以我院2010年1月份至12月份住院部收治的20例确诊为食管癌病患为研究对象,采用随机抽取方式将20例病患分成对照组及观察组个10例。对照组行常规放射治疗,观察组行三维适形反射治疗,观察并对比两组疗效及副反应。结果采取适当的三维适形对食管癌进行准确定位放射治疗,临床疗效令人满意,值得在临床加以推广使用。结论临床上应用三维适形对食管癌进行放射治疗,操简易快捷,质量有保证。

Objective To analysis clinical application of three-dimensional conformal in esophageal carcinoma patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods From January to December 2010 in our hospital inpa- tient department treated 20 cases diagnosed as esophageal cancer as the research object, using randomly 20 ca- ses of patients were divided into control group and observation group of 10 cases. The control group received conventional radiation treatment, the observation group with three-dimensional eonformal treatment of reflex were observed and compared between the two groups, the curative effect and side reaction. Results The appropriate three-dimensional eonformal on esophageal cancer accurately positioning in radiation therapy, clinical curative effect is satisfactory, it can be used in clinical. Conclusion The clinical application of three-dimensional con- formal radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma, operation simple and quick, quality assurance.
