游泳加蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效分析及护理体会

Clinical analysis and nursing experience of using swimming and blue light cure Jaundiced Neonates

目的探讨游泳加蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及护理体会。方法将130例出生48 h患有黄疸的新生儿随机分为2组,观察组65例,采用游泳2次/d,10～15 min/次,加蓝光治疗6 h/d,并给与精心护理。对照组65例,只采用蓝光治疗6 h/d和护理,比较两组新生儿血清胆红素变化。结果观察组血清胆红素低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论游泳加蓝光治疗可降低新生儿血清胆红素,具有安全、经济、方便、有效的优点。

Objective To research clinical analysis and nursing experience of using swimming and blue light cure jaundiced neonates. Methods 130 cases of neonates who were born after 48 h with jaundice were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group 65 cases, by swimming 2 times / D, 10- 15 min / time, and blue light in the treatment of 6 h / D, and were given careful nursing. 65 cases of the control group, only by the blue light in the treatment of 6 h / D and careful nursing, compared serum bilirubin changes between the two groups of neonates. Results In the observation group, serum bilirubin is lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant. Conclusion Swimming with blue light therapy may reduce the risk of neonatal serum bilirubin, it has the advantages of safety, eeonomy, convenient, availability.
