实施人性化干预对脑血管意外中风老年患者生活质量的影响研究

Implementation of humanistic intervention of cerebral vascular accident stroke in elderly patient quality of life influence research

目的探讨实施人性化干预对脑血管意外中风老年患者生活质量的影响。方法选择60例脑血管意外中风老年患者实施人性化干预措施四周进行生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)、疾病治疗功能评估调查问卷(FACT-G)调查。结果干预后脑血管意外中风老年患者生活质量综合评分提高;疾病治疗功能评分均有显著性提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化干预是对脑血管意外中风老年患者的一种切实可行的干预措施,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the implementation of humanistic intervention of cerebrovascular ac- cident elderly quality of life of patients with stroke. Methods 60 patients with eerebrovascular accident stroke in elderly patients with human-based interventions near syndrome quality of life questionnaire （GQOLI）, dis- ease treatment of functional assessment questionnaire （FACT-G） survey. Results The intervention of cerebro- vascular accident after stroke in elderly patients living quality comprehensive score improved; disease treatment function scores were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion Human intervention on the cerebrovascular accident elderly patients dying of stroke a practical clinical measures, is the effective method to hospice care.
