CD44v6和MMP-9在子宫内膜癌中表达的研究

摘要 目的观察CD44v6和MMP-9在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2008年6月~2011年6月我院手术切除并经病理证实的子宫内膜癌患者60例,采用免疫组化SP法检测CD44v6和MMP-9的表达。结果 60例子宫内膜癌患者CD44v6阳性24例,阳性率为40%;MMP-9阳性43例,阳性率为71.7%,CD44v6、MMP-9阳性表达均位于细胞浆,以细胞质中见棕黄色颗粒分布为阳性。子宫内膜癌组织中,CD44v6、MMP-9与子宫内膜癌的淋巴结转移与否关系密切,但与组织类型、病理分级及FIGO分期及浸润肌层与否关系不大,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 CD44v6与MMP-9协同作用促进肿瘤的浸润转移。因此,共同检测CD44v6和MMP-9,可更有效地判断宫颈癌的转移潜能,为临床治疗及判断预后提供有力的理论依据。 Objective To observe the expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Collected from June 2008 to June 2011, surgical resection and pathology confirmed 60 cases endometrial cancer by immunohistochemical SP method detected CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression. Results Sixty eases of endometrial cancer CD44v6 was positive in 24 cases, the positive rate of CD44v6 was 40%,MMP-9 was positive in 43 cases, the positive rate was 71.7%, and CD44v6 positive expression of MMP-9 werelocated in the cytoplasm, to see the brown in the cytoplasm particle size distribution for the positive. CD44v6, MMP-9 and endometrial cancer lymph node metastasis, or not closely related, but with the histological type, histological grade and FIGO stage and invasive grass-roots or not has little to no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion CD44v6 and MMP-9 synergy to promote tumor invasion transfer. Therefore, the common detection of CD44v6 and MMP-9, may determine the metastatic potential of cervical cancer more effectively and provide a strong theoretical basis for clinical treatment and prognosis.
