慢性腰背痛影像学指标与病情指标的相关性研究

Correlation on lumbosacral angle,lumbar gravity line index and the disease indicators of elderly patients with chronic low back pain

目的探讨疾病的病程及其ODI两个病情指标在老年慢性腰背痛患者中和腰骶角及腰椎重力线指数之间的相关性。方法 135例慢性腰背痛患者均来自我院门诊,对患者的病程进行详细地记录,计算患者的ODI、记录其腰骶角及其腰椎重力线指数。结果①患者疾病的病程与腰椎重力线指数之间呈显著的正相关(r=0.386,P=0.002);②ODI与腰椎重力线之间呈显著的相关性(r=0.269,P=0.025)。结论老年慢性腰背痛患者病程及其ODI两个病情指标明显正相关于腰椎重力线指数,与腰骶角相比较,其相关系数明显较大。

Objective To investigate the correlation among the course of the disease and ODI two indicators of the disease in elderly patients with chronic low back pain and lumbosaeral angle and lumbar gravity line correlation. Methods A total of 135 eases with chronic low back pain were selected in our clinic, the patient＇s course were detailed recorded and calcu- lated patient＇s ODI, recorded the lumbosacral angle and lumbar gravity line index. Results ①There was significant corre- lation between lumbar gravity line index and the disease eourse （r = 0.386, P = 0.002）; ②There was significant correlation between lumbar gravity line index and ODI （r = 0.269, P = 0.025）. Conclusion Elderly patients with chronie low back pain, duration of illness and ODI two parameters were significantly correlated in the lumbar gravity line index, and Compared with the lumbosacral angle, the correlation coefficient significantly ＇larger.
