摘要
目的探讨黄芪注射液在病毒性心肌炎致心律失常治疗中的价值。方法将90例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例。在常规治疗的基础上,给予治疗组患者黄芪注射液治疗,给予对照组患者阿昔洛韦治疗。结果经过治疗后,治疗组在免疫功能、心肌酶学指标、24 h动态心电图、中医症候、综合疗效等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组的总有效率(P<0.05)。结论在病毒性心肌炎致心律失常的治疗上,黄芪注射液能够改善心肌酶学指标、提高NK细胞活性、改善症候、减少早搏次数,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of Huangqi injection on viral myocarditis arrhythmia. Methods Ninety patients with viral myocarditis arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. Each group had 45 patients. Based on routine treatment,we gave treatment groups patients Huangqi injection treatment,and gave control group patients acyclovir treat- ment. Results After treatment, on immune function, myocardial enzyme indicators, dynamic electrocardiogram, Chinese tra- ditional medicine symptoms and the comprehens!ve~ effect,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the treatment of viral myoearditis arrhythmias,Huangqi injection can improve myocardial enzyme indicators, cardiac enzyme activity of NK cells, symptoms. It is worth of applying on clinical treatment.
