婴幼儿期孤独症的临床诊断分析

Clinical diagnosis of infantile autism

目的对婴幼儿期孤独症早期的临床诊断方法及疗效进行总结分析。方法我院儿科于2009年9月～2011年12月配合龙岗区妇幼保健院儿童保健科对全区2 960例1～2岁儿童筛查,分别采用《婴幼儿社会沟通与象征性行为发展量表》、0～6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表和儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)对研究对象进行测评。结果研究对象中可疑54例,确诊9例,1～2岁儿童孤独症患病率为3.04‰,言语发育迟缓198例,社交问题16例,象征行为问题38例。结论大部分孤独症患儿早期出现明显的临床症状,应尽早对疑似孤独症患儿的发育情况及行为进行观察,尽早诊断,为临床治疗赢得时间和机会。

Objective To analyze the early clinical diagnosis and curative effect of childhood autism. Methods Used ＂so- cial communication and symbolic behavior scale＂,0-6 old pediatric neurology psychological development examination table and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale （CARS） on the 2960 cases children in Department of Pediatrics of my courtyard from September 2009 to December 2011 combined with child health division of Longgang District Maternal and child health hospital from 1 to 2 aged children. Results Among the research object, suspected 54 people,9 persons diagnosed, 1-2 years old children autism prevalence was 3.04 per thousand, developmental retardation of speech in 198 eases, social problems in 16 cases, symbolic behavior problems in 38 cases. Conclusion We concluded that the majority infants with autistic children appeared obvious clinical symptoms in early, and we should be suspected in infantile autism children＇s development and behavior were observed, and to make early diagnosis, and for clinical treatment to win more time.
