一种改良的局麻下股疝无张力修补术临床应用

Clinical application of a modified tension-free femoral hernia repair under local anesthesia

目的介绍一种在局部麻醉下施行的改良的股疝无张力修补术。方法回顾性分析河北省新乐市医院普外科2000年12月～2010年12月间行局麻下改良的股疝无张力修补术的临床资料。采用非随机对照研究,将180例股疝患者分为疝环充填组(网塞组,71例)和改良组(109例),观察手术时间、术后并发症、手术费用、平均住院日、术后复发率和近期随访情况。结果平均随访5～48个月。两组患者平均手术时间、住院时间、手术并发症和手术复发率差异均无统计学意义。改良组平均住院费用显著低于网塞组(P<0.05)。结论此改良的局部神经阻滞麻醉下的股疝无张力修补安全有效,具有可行性。

Objective To introduce a modified tension-free femoral hernia repair under local anesthesia. Methods Retro- spective analysis of the clinical data of a modified femoral hernia tension-free repair under local anesthesia of general surgery of Xinle Hospital, Hebei province from December 2000 to December 2010. Used non-randomized controlled study, 180 cases of femoral hernia patients were divided into the hernia ring filling group （mesh plug group,71 cases） and modi- fied group（ 109 cases）,observed the operation time ,postoperative complications ,surgical costs ,the average length of stay, recurrence rate and so on. Results The average followed-up of 5-48 months. The average operation time, hospital stay, sur- gical complications and surgery recurrence rate from the two groups had no statistical differences. The average hospital cost of the modified group was significantly lower than the mesh plug group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclustion This modified tension-free repair under the local nerve block anesthesia of the femoral hernia is safe and feasible.
