复方益母草胶囊防治药物流产后出血的临床研究

Clinical study on compound motherwort capsule in prevention and treatment of hemorrhage after medical abortion

目的观察复方益母草胶囊防治药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果。方法将符合研究标准的70例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予米非司酮和米索前列醇口服,观察组在其基础上服用复方益母草胶囊,观察两组患者的流产情况、孕囊排出时间、阴道出血时间、出血量及不良反应。结果观察组的孕囊排出时间及阴道出血天数短于对照组,药流后观察组出血量有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方益母草胶囊防治药物流产后阴道出血安全有效。

Objective To observe the efect of compound motherwort capsule on vaginal bleeding after drug abortion. Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively 35 cases, the control group were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol, and the observation group were treated with Compound Motherwort Capsules on the basis of taking. Observed two groups of patients with abortion, the gestational sac,vaginal bleeding days, the amount of bleeding, and adverse reactions. Results Observation group of the gestational sac discharge time, and vaginal bleeding clays shorter than the control group, the amount of bleeding after medical abortion with efficiency was higher than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group, the differences were statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compound Motherwort Capsules are safe and effective to treat vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.
