晚期胰腺癌患者凝血、抗凝功能的变化及意义

Change and Significance of Coagulantion and Anticoagulantion Systems of Patients with Late Pancreas Carcinoma

检测 2 2例晚期胰腺癌患者的凝血酶原时间 (PT)、激活的部分凝血酶原时间 (APTT)、纤维蛋白原 (Fg)、ville brand因子 (VWF)等凝血指标及抗凝血酶 活性 (AT- A)、抗凝血酶 抗原 (AT- Ag)、C蛋白活性 (PC∶ A)等抗凝指标 ,并与正常人进行对比分析。结果显示 ,晚期胰腺癌患者的 PT、APTT明显延长 (P<0 .0 1) ,Fg、VWF升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,AT- A%降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,AT- Ag,PC∶ A升高 (P<0 .0 1)。提示晚期胰腺癌患者存在明显的凝血。

The plasma coagulantion indexes include prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fg),ville brand factor(VWF)and anticoagulantion indexies include antithrombin Ⅲ activity(AT ⅢA),antithrombin Ⅲ antigen(AT ⅢAg),protein c activity(PC∶A)of patiens with late pancreas carcinoma were analysed and were compared with normal people The result showed that the PT,APTT,Fg,VWF were all higher than normal(P<0 01) AT ⅢA% was lower than normal(P<0 01),but AT ⅢAg,PC∶A were all higher than normal(P<0 01) This suggests that the plasma coagulantion and anticoagulantion systems are obvious abnormal in the patients with late pancreas carcinoma
