摘要
目的 探讨St.ThomasⅡ晶体停搏液 pH值对兔未成熟心肌的影响。 方法 采用Lan gendorff离体灌注装置 ,St.ThomasⅡ晶体停搏液 pH值分别为 5.5、6.0、6.5、7.0、7.2、7.8、8.6时 ,观察 7~ 1 4d幼兔离体灌注心脏血流动力学和心肌酶的变化。结果 pH值为 6.5、7.0和 7.2时 ,主动脉流量 (AF)、冠状动脉流量 (CF)和心输出量 (CO)恢复率与 pH值为 7.8相比 ,差异有显著性 ( P <0 .0 5)。心肌酶漏出少 (P<0 .0 5) ,以pH值为 7.0时为最佳 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 未成熟心肌保护的晶体停搏液
Objective\ To investigate the effect of pH value of St.Thosmas hospital cardioplegia Ⅱ on immature myocardium.Methods\ Using Langendorff perfusion apparatus,when the pH values of cardioplegia changed from 5.5 to 6.0,6.5,7.0,7.2,7.8,8.6,the changes in hemodynamics and myocardial enzyme of the perfused immature rabbit heart aged 7 to 14 days old in vitro were observed.Results\ There was significant difference in aortic flow,coronary flow and cardiac output recovery rate between pH values of 6.5,7.0,7.2 and pH 7.8(P<0.05,respectively).The enzyme leakage of myocardium in pH values of 6.5,7.0 and 7.2 was decreased as compared with that in pH value of 7.8(P<0.05),especially in pH value of 7.0(P<0.01).Conclusion\ Good protective effect is achieved when the pH of crystalloid cardioplegia is slight acid.\;
