摘要
目的 观察心脏肌钙蛋白 T(cardiactroponin T ,cTn T)和心肌酶谱 (myocardialen zymes ,ME)在心肌挫伤 (myocardialcontusion ,MC)后含量变化及其对MC的诊断价值。 方法 采用兔钝性胸部创伤 (bluntchesttrauma ,BCT)模型 ,致成中度至重度MC ,分别在伤前、伤后 4、8h和 2 4h测定血清cTn T和ME含量。结果 伤后 4h ,血清cTn T和ME含量明显升高 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,持续至伤后 2 4h。其中cTn T在伤后 2 4h升高最为明显 ,ME有所下降 ,但仍然明显高于伤前 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 cTn T和ME对MC的早期诊断均有意义 ,但cTn T的敏感性更高 。
Objective To observe the changes of the contents of cardiac troponin T(cTn T) and myocardial enzymes (ME) in plasma following myocardial contusion (MC) and to assess their diagnostic value in MC after blunt chest trauma (BCT). Methods Utilizing the rabbit model of BCT to develop moderate to severe MC,the cTn T and ME contents pre trauma and 4, 8 h and 24 h after MC were determined.Results The contents of cTn T and ME were remarkably increased 4 to 24 h after MC ( P<0.01 ) .The contents of cTn T reached its peak and ME were slightly decreased at 24 h after MC,but they were also higher than that in pre trauma(P<0.01).Conclusion It is helpful for early diagnosis of MC after BCT to measure the changes of cTn T and ME contents in plasma.cTn T is more sensitive for diagnosis than ME in MC after BCT.
