常建诗《送李大都护》之“李大都护”考辨

Textual Research of Frontier Commander Li in ChangJian＇ s Poem of Send - off Frontier Commander Li

唐代诗人常建，曾写有一首《送李大都护》的五言诗。经考辨，此李大都护乃是唐肃宗、代宗期间活跃于西北军政舞台上的重要人物李秀璋。他早年参佐河西戎幕，后累官为碛西节度使、安西都护兼御史中丞、西州刺史。诗中的“郭犹子”则是郭子仪之侄、后任安西四镇节度使的郭昕，他于永泰元年十月始随李秀璋赴西戎从政。上述考辨，不仅有助于深入了解唐朝中后期的西域史事，而且为比较准确地判断常建的籍贯、时代问题，也提供了可靠的证据。

Poet ChangJian of Tang dynasty had ever written one poem with five characters i. e. ＂Send -off Frontier Commander Li＂. By textual research, frontier commander Li was the powerful person Li Xiuzhang, who was active in the arena of northwest military administration during Tang Suzong and Daizong. He assisted military administration in Hexi prefecture in his early years. After accumulated achievement, he became military governor in Qixi, frontier commander doubling as Yushi Zhongcheng in Anxi and governor in Xizhou prefecture. Guo Youzi in the poem is the nephew of Guo Ziyi. His name is Guo Xin who assumed the office of military governor in four towns of Anxi later and he followed Li Xiuzhang to go to Xirong to be engaged in plolitics from Oct. in the first year of Yongtai. Not only is aforesaid textual research contributive to deep understanding of historical event of west regions in the middle and later stage of Tang dynasty, but also it provides reliable evidence for judging the native place and epoch of Changjian more accurately.
