15味中药促胃肠动力作用的筛选研究 被引量:200

摘要 目的 探讨 15味中药的促胃肠动力作用 ,以期从中筛选出与西沙必利具有可比性的药物。方法 健康成年Wistar大鼠 170只 ,随机分配到 17组 ,其中中药 15组 ,西沙必利及蒸馏水对照各 1组。通过测定各实验组胃肠内标记物葡聚糖蓝的胃内残留及小肠推进情况 ,观察每味中药对在体大鼠胃排空及肠传输的影响。结果 柴胡对胃肠动力无明显促进作用 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,大黄及香附抑制胃排空但促进肠传输 (P <0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1) ;其余中药均对胃排空或肠传输有明显促进作用 ,其中大腹皮、砂仁、白术对胃排空 (胃内色素相对残留率分别为 :37.79± 8.5 9;44.10± 10 .77;41.6 4± 10 .48;蒸馏水对照组为 10 0± 18.84)及肠道传输(小肠推进比分别为 79.41± 4.2 9;76 .2 6± 4.0 3 ;73 .91± 5 .45 ;蒸馏水对照组为 5 8.85± 6 .38)均有非常显著的促进作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,且与西沙必利差异不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 大腹皮、砂仁、白术有较好的促胃肠动力作用 。 Objective To study the kinetogenic effects of 15 Chinese herbal medicines in order to select one with comparable therapeutic efficiency as Cisapride on gastrointestinal disorders. Methods 170 healthy adult Wistar rats were equally randomized into 17 groups and the rats of 15 groups were administered with one of the 15 Chinese herbal medicines respectively, those of the 16th group with cisapride and the animals of the 17th group with distilled water. Gastric residue and peristalsis of the small intestines were observed in all the rats with a marker of dextran blue 2000 to determine to capacity of gastric evacuation and intestinal transit. Results Bupleurum chinense showed no effect on the kinetic function of the gastrointestinal tract ( P >0.05). Rheum officinale and Cyperus rotundus inhibited gastric evacuation but promoted intestinal transit ( P <0.01 and P <0.05 respectively). Pericarpium Arecae, Amomum villosum and Atractylodes macrocephala markdly promoted gastric evacuation (relative residue rate of intragastric dye: 37.79±8.59, 44.10±10.77 and 41.64±10.48 respectively as compared with 100±18.84 of the control group) and intestinal transit (propulsive proportion of the small intestine: 79.41 ±4.29, 76.26±4.03 and 73.91 ±5.45 respectively as compared with 58.85±6.38 of the control. P <0.01). These data were not significantly different from those of the cisapride group ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Pericarpium Arecae, Amomum villosum and Atractylodes macrocephala are able to promote the kinetogenic capacity of the stomach and small intestines and worthy to be studied further.
