阿司匹林肠溶衣片的溶出度及释放度研究

Studies on the dissolubility and liberation of aspirin enteric coatel tablet

目的 :研究不同厂家阿司匹林肠溶衣片的溶出度及释放度。方法 :本文采用转篮法对国内 4个厂家的阿司匹林肠溶衣片进行体外溶出度、释放度测定。结果 :4个厂家的某一批号产品的溶出参数分别为 :980 2 2 2 (T50 1 9 3± 0 8,Td2 2 7± 1 1 ,m 2 0± 0 2 ) ;980 40 7(T50 1 3 2± 0 5 ,Td1 7 5± 0 6 ,m3 2± 0 1 ) ;981 0 0 5 (T50 2 6 3± 0 2 ,Td32 0± 0 2 ,m 1 5± 0 1 ) ;981 2 2 5 (T50 1 9 4± 0 3Td2 5 2± 0 1 ,m1 8± 0 1 )。结论 :不同厂家片剂之间 ,其溶出参数 (T50 ,Td,m)有显著差别 (P <0 0 0 1 )。

OBJECTIVE:To study the dissolubility and the liberation of aspirin enteric coatel tablet.METHODS:Using basket meothod,the dissolubility and the liberation of aspirin enteric coatel tablets from different companies were determined.RESULTS:The dissolution processed statistically:980222( T 50 19 3±0 8,T d 22 7±1 1,m 2 0±0 2);980407(T 50 13 2±0 5,T d 17 5±0 6,m 3 2±0 1);981005(T 50 26 3±0 2,T d 32 0±0 2,m 1 5±0 1);981225(T 50 19 4±0 3 T d 25 2±0 1,m 1 8±0 1). CONCLUSION:The results showed that there were significant differences in dissolubility and the liberation among the product( P <0 001).
