摘要
就医院信息科迎接新世纪挑战作出四点思考。首先分析了医院信息科与新世纪接轨还存在差距,一是信息科的建设与新世纪信息科的任务不相适应;二是信息服务的手段、方式与信息技术的发展不相适应;三是信息服务的档次与信息时代的要求不相适应。然后提出要迎接新世纪挑战更好与之接轨,必须要确立信息科在医院建设中的地位,加强信息科的建设;要明确信息科的发展战略目标,开创未来的新局面;要提高信息服务的档次,加强信息资源的开发利用。
Developments in hospital information services, techniques, and equipments facilitate an increasingly large per cent of medicine come from exchanging information, which contributes to: determining which of the techniques, existing and used, can be improved, which of the hitherto only theoretical methods can become feasible and practical by employing new ideas to bridge gaps; increasing the variety, complexity, selectable interactions, cost - effectiveness of services that hospigals can provide; making the falt need, expectation, demand easier to be met by using information services to provide consultations, rather than having to start new explorations at the expense of time, fund, and other investments, which would be the case if there is not efficient information service; facilitating professionals to be more creative, innovative, flexible in developing clinical sen-ices to new heights, achievements, social and economic benefits.
