摘要
科学仪器设备是科学技术与产业发展的基石,其发展水平决定着国家创新能力和产业竞争力。我国科学仪器设备产业缺乏核心技术,其发展面临内忧外困的局面。产业发展的落后已严重制约我国自主创新能力的进一步提升。本文分析了我国科学仪器设备产业发展中存在的问题,以及产生问题的原因,并提出相关政策建议。
Scientific instrument plays a pivotal role in scientific research, economic and social development. It is an indispensible tool to prompt scientific frontier. However, the further improvement of independent innovation capability of China has been seriously restrict- ed by the backward development of scientific instrument industry. This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the development of scientific instrument industry in China, and puts forward related policy suggestion.
