中国农业科技创新投入产出分析

Analysis on the Input and Output of Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation

从投入与产出两个方面对中国农业科技创新进行分析。投入分析包括投入方向、力度及其比重等。产出分析包括论文、专利等直接产出,以及相关管理部门间接产出报告和农民评价。分析表明,我国农业科技创新存在投入方向重硬轻软、投入力度不足、创新产出难度较大、效率较低、数量比重不足、评价机制不合理等诸多问题。未来农业科技创新急需改变投入理念,加大投入力度,调整评价方式,以便促进农业和农业科技创新合理发展。

This paper conductes a detailed analysis of the situation of innovation in Chinese agricultural science and technology. Result indicates that there are many problems in the innovation of agricultural technology in China, such as favoring hardware at the expense of software in the investing direction, investing insufficiency, difficulty in the creative output, low efficiency, insufficient quantity pro- portion, unreasonable evaluation mechanism, and so on. In the future, we should not only change the input idea and increase input but also adjust appraisal mode in order to prompt the development in agriculture and agricultural technology innovation.
