摘要
本研究利用3类12所医院1996年度的111062份病案首页数据,从病种医疗质量指标的描述性分析入手,结合多元统计学分析方法,筛选出平均住院天数、治愈率和人均住院费用这3项能集中反映病种复杂程度的指标,建立了度量病种复杂程度的数学模型。研究中以反映医院和科室专业技术水平为原则,筛选出30个病种,应用该模型对3类医院各病种的复杂程度和这些病种的综合复杂性进行了比较。结果表明:医院等级越高,单病种的复杂程度越高,病种的综合复杂性也越高。
From the data on the front page of 111, 062 case books in 12 hospitals in the year 1996, several research items were performed: 3 indicators, i. e., average hospital stay, cure rate, and per capita hospitalization expense, were selected and considered to best reflect the complexity of a classified disease, with the selection based on descriptive analysis and multivanale statistical analysis of medical quality indicators; mathematical models were formulated for measurement of complexity ol diseases mainly with the 3 indicators; 30 diseases were selected as most suitable to analysis of professional levels of hospitals and departments, and were compared with each other in terms of disease complexity and composite complexity, using the mathematical formulas mentioned above; the results showed that the higher the hospitals degree the higher the complexity and composite complexity of the diseases they treated.
