摘要 把游戏规则移植过来 为什么许多人会花费大量时间金钱玩游戏?答案是:激励机制。比如用经验值条来度量进程;和个人获利挂钩;奖励成就,不惩罚失败以及随时有惊喜,极品装备的魅力就在此等等。而许多专门从事游戏运营的企业也在进行尝试.比如盛大公司等。那么这些适用于游戏领域的激励机制是否可以移植到普通企业的人力资源管理上?
