摘要
通过对龙岩市214份浅层地下水pH值对微生物含量影响的分析,其二次抛物线拟合提示:在pH为7.33时,细菌总数含量最高(极顶点),Y=222个/ml。根据极顶点,pH<7.33时,pH值与细菌总数呈正相关;pH>7.33时,pH值与细菌总数呈负相关;pH值与细菌总数的复相关系数为0.671,相关关系密切;经方差分析,方差比为12.676,概率为0.001,P<0.01,有显著性差异。在pH为7.89时,总大肠菌群含量最高(极顶点),Y=855个/L。根据极顶点,pH<7.89时,pH值与总大肠菌群呈正相关;pH>7.89时,pH值与总大肠菌群呈负相关;pH值与总大肠菌群的复相关系数为0.519,相关关系密切;经方差分析,方差比为5.849,概率为0.007,P<0.01,有显著性差异。
This article analyzes the pH value influence of 214 samples of shallow ground water without adding the chlorine in the west Fu Jian Province region,upon the microorganism cotent.The result of the quadratic parabola curve fitting indicates that: when the pH value is 7.33, the maximum bacteria content is Y = 222/ml;when the pH value is 7.87,the maximum content of the total coliform is Y = 885/L.According to the maximum point,when the pH<7.33,it is directly interrelated with the bacteria amount;it is above 7.33,they are inversely interelated.When the pH<7.89,it is directly interrelated with the amount of the total coliform; when pH > 7.89, they are inversely interrelated.The complex corelation coefficient between the pH value and the bacteria is 0.671; that between the pH value and the amount of the total coliform is 0.519. According to the variance analysis, P < 0.01 .The two correlative analysis have stas-cically significant difference ( P <0.01) . This is particularly true when the water quality is acid.
