摘要
针对环保钝化板与涂油板易混淆,导致钝化板进入涂装线产生磷化不良,喷涂后涂层附着力较差等问题,通过脱脂、磷化及喷涂实验,研究了3种不同类型环保钝化热镀锌板的涂装性。结果表明,环保钝化板的钝化膜难以在脱脂清洗后确保完好无损或完全被清洗掉,易导致涂层附着性恶化,一般不宜用作喷塑件。
To the problem of environmental passivation sheet confused with oiling sheet easily that result in bad phosphorization and adhesive property of coating, the paintability of three different environmental passivated hot-dip galvanizing steel sheets were studied by degreasing, phosphating and electrostatic powder painting experiments. The results show that it is difficult to ensure the passiving film of environmental passivation sheet removed completely or intact after degreasing process so that the adhesion of painting layer is deteriorated. The environmental passivated hot-dip galvanizing steel sheet is not suitable for painting parts.
