摘要
介绍了冷轧乳化液系统中关键设备真空过滤机的原理、特点,并针对真空过滤泵频繁启停、履带故障率高、机械浮球阀频繁启闭、能耗高等缺点,通过将真空过滤泵由恒速泵改为变频泵、并与过滤室液位实行线性联锁闭环控制,滤纸采用由链条驱动的角钢型压块来移动,在真空过滤机顶部增设真空破坏罐,提高了过滤效率和设备稳定性,降低了设备故障率和能耗。
The principle and characteristics of vacuum filter in rolling mill emulsion system were introduced. In view of frequently start and stop of filter pump, high failure rate of crawler, frequently close and open of me chanical float valve and high energy consumption, the constant speed pump was changed to variable frequency pump, the filter chamber level was applied linear interlocking closed-loop control, the filter paper was moved by chain angle steel briquette, and a vacuum breaker tank at the top of the vacuum filter was added. By these measures, the filtration efficiency and stability of equipment are enhanced, and the failure rate and enery con sumption of equipment are decreased.
