摘要
马铃薯淀粉废水属于中高浓度有机废水。采用Fenton试剂氧化处理马铃薯淀粉废水,试验结果表明:H2O2/Fe2+=5∶2时对马铃薯淀粉废水的氧化处理效果最佳,COD去除量最高达到48.5g COD/mol H2O2;废水pH值在7.02左右时COD去除量最高,因此实际马铃薯废水采用Fenton氧化处理时无需进行pH调节;Fenton氧化反应速率高,且受温度影响小,故该处理方法适用于北方低温马铃薯淀粉废水的处理。
Potato starch wastewater belongs to high concentration organic wastewater. Research is done on potato starch wastewater treatment by Fenton reagent, the results show that the optimal value of H202/Fez+ is 5 : 2, the COD removal amount achieves a maximum of 48. 5 g COD/molH2 02. The COD removal amount reaches the highest when pH value is about 7. 02, so that the actual potato starch wastewater treatment by Fenton doesn't need pH regulation. Fenton oxidation rate is high, with little effect of temperature, so the treatment is applicable to potato starch wastewater with low temnerature in northern regions of China.
