摘要
目的：在掌握当前江苏省乡镇级卫生服务机构乙肝防治工作内容和补偿水平的基础上，分析社区乙肝防治的理想补偿标准和供给弹性。方法：对江苏省具有代表性的张家港、丹阳和泰兴3个县级市所有乡镇级卫生服务机构进行机构调查。结果：以乡镇机构为单位。张家港、丹阳和泰兴每年分别需要32548、27073和32655元用于社区乙肝防治．其中疫苗接种占25．2％～42．8％。社区乙肝防治各类服务供给弹性在0～1之间。结论：应根据当地的疾病特点，保证经费投入，合理分配工作经费．提高社区乙肝防治效果。
Objective： To analyze ideal compensation of community health service system in prevention and control in Hepatitis B. Methods： By questionnaire survey and interview, hepatitis B related prevention and control work are investigated in 75 community health services in three countries. Results： For a community health service, 32.55, 27.07 and 32.66 thousand yuan needs to prevent and control of hepatitis B in community per year in Zhang, jiagang, Danyang and Taixing in Jiangsu Province, and immunization of hepatitis B vaccine accounts the most of the total cost in whole work. The elasticity of supply is always between 0 and 1. Conclusion： In order to improve the effort of prevention and control for Hepatitis B in community, we need to increase the input and allocate the resource.
