耐除草剂转基因作物研究现状及发展前景 被引量:29

摘要 控制农田杂草是促进粮食增产的重要措施之一。种植耐除草剂转基因作物,配合施用相应的除草剂,可高效地控制杂草,是一种增加产量、降低种植成本的有效措施。本文在简述植物耐除草剂原理的基础上,对全球耐除草剂转基因作物的发展现状、应用范围、对农业可持续发展的贡献、环境安全风险及其防范对策做了较为系统的论述,并对耐除草剂转基因作物的应用前景进行了展望。 To improve crop productivity,it is important to control weeds in the fields during plant growth.Facts have proved that the cultivation of transgenic crops with herbicide tolerance is an effective measure to reduce the production cost and to increase the output compared to conventional methods.This article aims to review the principle,application and safety of transgenic plants with herbicide tolerance in the world.Furthermore,the prospect of transgenic crops with herbicide tolerance was forecasted.
