结晶结构对电晕引发涤纶接枝的影响

摘要 本文通过DSC和WAXD研究涤纶结晶形态的变化,通过SEM观察纤维径向变化。结果表明:DMF处理后纤维结晶度提高,结晶趋于规整,长时间处理结晶度下降;SEM观察纤维径向变大。由接枝率和结晶形态的变化推测:纤维无定形区域对接枝有很大的影响;电晕引发涤纶接枝的位置集中在无定形区域。 The change of crystalline structure and radial size of the fiber were studied separately through DSC,WAXD and SEM. The results show that the crystallinity rise,crystalline grain becomes more regular and the fiber radial size grows after DMF treatment. But the crystallinity drops for a longer DMF treatment time. Based on the graft yield and the change of crystalline structure it is thought that the amorphous zone has effect on graft yield and the grafting place induced by corona discharge is concentrated on amorphous zone.
