During the Yah＇an period, Chen Yun recognized the extreme importance of combining the basic principles of Marxism- Leninism with the facts of China＇s revolution from the historical experience of the party. And he explored the basic path of the Sinicization of Marxism in China from the aspects of theory prerequisite, practical basis and fundamental position. Chen Yun had made important contributions to advancing Marxism in China.
