Situation Investigation and Policy Suggestion for the Construction of Innovative City——An Empirical Analysis of Professional Cadres

本文依托中国浦东干部学院"提高自主创新能力"专题研究班(第8期)和"推进科技进步和建设创新型城市"专题研究班(第1期),运用包括问卷调查、访谈、主题研讨在内的多种形式,试图分析司局级专业领导干部对我国建设创新型城市中难点和热点问题的认识,归纳专业领导干部对建设创新型城市的政策建议。

In this paper, relying on the research training project of the special subject of ＇innovation＇ at China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong, we try to sum up and analyze the opinions of the professional cadres in China from the class of bureau on the construction of innovative city and other tough issues by using questionnaires, interviews and other varied forms.
