摘要
中国民营企业的变迁经历了从早期的个体户开始,转而为变种的合伙企业、集体企业,再到法律认可的私营企业,再演变为公司制的企业,逐渐走上资本运作的国际化道路。在30年发展变迁中,民营企业的发展可以归纳为创业、守成和创新三个阶段,分别体现了敢为天下先与"四千"精神,科学管理与团队精神,哲学头脑与利他精神。
Private enterprises underwent the process from the early self-employment to the variant of partner enterprises, collective enterprises, legally recognized private sectors, and gradually to the road of the internationalization of capital operation. During the 30 years of development and changes, the strategic leadership of private enterprises can be summed up as three stages： entrepreneurship, conservatism and innovation.
